1. General
• The client must submit a clear and organized request, including visual and textual references that help to understand the desired work. Formality is not required, but organization and respect are essential.• I reserve the right to refuse any request that is not aligned with my skills or criteria.• My skills are limited to what is listed in the do/do not draw section at the end of the page.• I accept a limited number of active commissions at a time. When all slots are filled, a waitlist with a limited number of spots may be opened. Once both are full, commissions will be closed• I am an ordinary person, a student, with personal and professional commitments. In case of unforeseen events such as appointments, technical problems (e.g., phone failure), or health issues, I may need to temporarily pause production. In these situations:
• The client will be notified as soon as possible.• The client may choose to cancel the order before significant progress, with a full refund, or negotiate a new delivery date.
2. Payment
• Full payment must be made before work begins. Payment is required only after the commission slot is confirmed. Joining the waitlist does not require any payment.•For international payments via PayPal, an invoice will be issued with a due date within 7 days. The client is responsible for any fees charged by the platform.• For Brazilian clients paying via PIX, payment must be made before the commission is confirmed. After payment, the client must send proof of payment for confirmation and work commencement.• Please do not send any payment before I formally accept the request.• If payment is not made within the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.
3. Deadlines and Delivery
• The standard delivery time is between 1 to 3 weeks from payment confirmation.
The client may request a progress update after 1 week of production, but this does not speed up delivery.• Urgent requests are subject to an additional fee and prior viability analysis. If I cannot meet the desired date, the request will be declined.• The client will receive regular previews of the work and must provide clear feedback at each stage. Major changes after approval may incur extra costs and alter the delivery deadline.• Changes made without prior feedback or drastic change requests after approval may result in additional costs and extended deadlines.• Illustrations will be delivered in digital format (JPEG, PNG, or another agreed format) via the client’s chosen sharing platform such as Google Drive or Dropbox, ensuring quality and easy access.
4. Rights and Use of the Art
• My artworks are delivered for the client’s personal use only and do not include commercial use rights.
For commissions intended for commercial purposes, please contact me at [email protected] for quotes and specific terms.• Use of the artwork for artificial intelligence (AI), NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), or similar reproduction is strictly prohibited.• I reserve the right to use the created artworks in my portfolio and on social media. If the client wishes the artwork to remain confidential, this must be communicated at the time of the request.• The artwork’s signature must not be removed as I retain the copyright. The client acquires usage rights as agreed, not intellectual property.• Before posting the commissioned artwork on social media or other media, the client must credit me as the author and notify me. I greatly appreciate the recognition.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
• No refunds will be given after the final artwork delivery.• Cancellations before the start of work, especially during my personal or technical unforeseen events, will be fully refunded to the client.• Cancellations made by the client during the process, without valid justification, do not entitle the client to a refund.
6. Plagiarism and Originality
• I do not reproduce other artists’ or clients’ drawings with minor alterations.
• The creation is always an original version inspired by the references provided, avoiding any form of plagiarism.
